- Monday –
walk at work,rest, dinner out with former co-worker
- Tuesday –
walk at work, 3 mile run, tennis, dinner out
- Wednesday – walk at work, 3.5 mile run, wake, mall walk with BFF
- Thursday – rest, walk at work, PACK
- Friday- rest, fly to West Palm Beach, FL, pick up race packet
- Saturday – RACE DAY!!! 13.1 miles!
- Sunday – rest, sun, relax
- Monday – rest, sun, tennis
- Tuesday – rest, sun, fly home to NY from Florida
- Wednesday – walk at work, 4 mile mile run
- Thursday – walk at work, rest
- Friday- walk at work, 3 mile run, mah jongg
- Saturday – rest
- Sunday – HMRRC Winter Series #4 – 3m or 15k?
