- Monday –
43.5 mile group run with FRW training group + a few more miles
- Tuesday – rest, tennis, dinner out
- Wednesday –
43 mile run, movie
- Thursday -rest
- Friday- rest, drive to NJ
- Saturday – 13.1 miles!!
- Sunday – rest, Broadway show in NYC
- Monday – rainy drive home from NJ, 4 mile group run with FRW training group, GOTR 5K planning meeting
- Tuesday – rest, tennis
- Wednesday – 4 mile run at lunch, dinner with the tennis ladies
- Thursday -rest, hair appt.
- Friday- 3 mile run, mah jongg chez moi
- Saturday – rest, pick up race packet, errands
- Sunday – 5K race + plus miles
