Erika @ MCM Mama Runs hosts Tuesdays on the Run with April @ Run the great wide somewhere and Patty @ My no-guilt life!
This week’s topic is Running Bras.
This is one topic, being small-busted, that I don’t have to worry about. (But it’s not that easy to find a nice bra for us either.)
I like ones that are light, breathable and have padding.
My favorite bra is from Handful:
It costs $48. I only have one and I wash it and then wear it again. I save it for races because it is so comfortable.
My second favorite is one from Skirtsports:
Everyday Active Bra
Speaking of SkirtSports, don’t forget about their
This year SkirtSports is celebrating by kicking off breast cancer awareness month early and encouraging women to learn about and support two of their great assets – their boobies! Their Virtual Boobie Run entry includes a free voucher for one of their amazing sports bras (for cups A to DD). You pay $60 and get $70 to use on their website. You can’t beat that!!

A friend of mine gave me her Lululemon bra because it was too small on her.
It’s a little big on me but it’s wearable.
On training days, I just wear a cheap sports bra that I’ve bought in Walmart or Target.
Not as comfy or durable but it does the trick.
Happy Running! Do you have a favorite bra?
I’m also small, but I like Champion (not the ones at Target, btw) for running. I do have a handful bra I bought a long time ago but that’s not supportive enough for running for me. And it’s a M so actually too big now . . .

Unfortunately or for running, fortunately, I don’t need any support.

I don’t need a lot, but I want to make sure they’re not droopy before their time!

Small here too…TJ Maxx and Marshalls have great selection for all sizes (daughter is larger than her mama) at really great prices! For some stupid reason I bought 2 really nice white ones – that have turned totally yellow from sweat. Good thing I always wear a shirt over them!

Thanks for the suggestions! I’m also a size small, and have never given bras much serious thought. Handful looks nice and comfortable!

I haven’t heard of Handful, but I’m going to check it out. Great post. Thanks for sharing your recommendations!

Also small. I like my new Reebok breathable (with mesh) bras. They have padding which is a must.

Tiny girl here too and my favorites are the cheap Champion bras from Target, but sadly they have changed them and adding padding. Ugh! I also like the Energy bra from Lululemon but they are expensive.

The Handful bras are so cute, but I don’t think they’d have enough support for me. Have you tried the SS Sabrina bra? It’s pretty comfy and supportive.
