Ahh windy runs are toughies! I JUST got the okay from my PT to start running again and couldn’t be more excited to get back out there. Looks like you had a pretty solid week- congrats!

Congratulations on your race, Darlene; that is awesome! What did you think about the ending of How To Get Away With Murder?!? I can start back to running on Wednesday- if it was a planned recovery week it would be ok but an unplanned doctor order no run week just stinks! Looks like you had a great week!
